Should I stop maxing out 5 stars?

Originally I had several 5 stars planned for maxing out: sig 200 Shang chi, sig 180 void, sig 120 Professor x, slug 140 thing, sig 80 domino, sig 100 CMM, Stryfe, dog 129 magik, sig 100 guillotine 2099, Hercules, and sig 200 namor.
However, in the las few months I have rolled a lot of good 6-star champs. I’m not sure if it’s worth using tier 5 basic catalysts to upgrade them anymore. I still haven’t started act 7 and they are boosted there. I haven’t fully explored any of the variants yet, so I can get some 4-5 rank up gems through those eventually. What should I do? Here is my current 6 star roster by class.

Max out all top tier or uniquely usefuo 5 stars you don’t have as 6 stars
