Missing gifting event

Hello kabam I'm missing the gifting event I'm only able to receive the gifts from the but I'm not able to gift them back

    I can't find the gifting event either, but I got gifting crystals from the calendar. There's no update available, already checked.

    Hey there, are you able to confirm that you are at least level 40, Conqueror, and created your account before November 20?

    I see, I missed the act 4 requirement. Should I complete this while the gifting event is active, will I be able to participate?

    you get a conqueror title when you finish Act4

    You will be able to participate if you meet the requirements mid-event. I confirmed this on my alt by hitting level 40 after the event started.

    They're missing gifting events because they don't meet requirements but able to receive gifts? I suppose summoners who don't meet requirements can't even claim gifts if I'm not wrong? So the sender units are getting wasted for nothing?

    I am missing the gifting event as well, tried support, but no help there. I meet all requirements - please help!!!

    Hey! I’ve only recently started (before 20th Nov), but I am Level 42, passed Act 4 and I am more than two weeks with my alliance. What am I missing that I am not allowed to trade in the gifting event with my father for Christmas? Really disappointing start into this game…

    Doesn’t work for everybody - Ernesto187s is only one example...and KABAM does not check on this bug, but write standard replies...I know him and his father.

    Yes, otherwise I wouldn’t have put that much energy into completing Act 4 before gifting starts!

    No, you'll need to send a ticket in to support. Do you know how to do that?

    Sure, I did like 5 times already. But I’ll not mention the gifting event this time - always got the same Copy/Paste answer with no help. THANKS!

    Now Kabam says they can’t reveal this information, when I joined. I asked back if they can at least tell me, if it was before November 20th 24h ago - no answer yet. Keeps getting more and more frustrating…

    If you are using Android your google activity timeline should be able to tell you when you installed the game which will give you an idea of when you first played MCOC. Apple no idea.

    Thanks - I only want to be allowed to take part in the gifting event, but nobody wants to help me.

    I tried support and this Forum, but so far no one of Kabam listens. I can’t see, why they did not let me in for I managed all requirements in time. :-(
