Do not have access to Anthropomorphic crystal after update

I do not have access to the Anthropomorphic Crystal after the update. Even when I am earning them, they are shown as a black square instead of the crystal shards pic. Is there any issue in iOS.

    I have the same problem.
    Apple iPhone 13 Pro up to sate IOS.
    Tried restarting game and checked for a missed update.

    Same here. IPhone XR. iOS is up to date. Deleted the app and downloaded again. Still nothing.

    Same here.

    It looks related to Uncollected, as on the same phone my mini account, which is at Conqueror sees the new crystal fine.
