Not had a chance to play the game yet but hearing his sp2 has been severely buffed... Has anyone tested gym yet?

    Apparently you didn’t.
    His synergy with Hela was tested, found to be too OP, and subsequently he now is going to be capped. At 100k damage.

    Loki has the biggest damage output in the game now paired with Hela but he needs to have a curse going on.

    He does not have the highest damage output outside of 2 special quests. Not a great champ for the majority of content

    Echo-ing @AceDeMoN , looking forward to see any MCoC youtuber to post a side-by-side comparison of Loki's synergized SP2 (with curse in place) before the nerf (>237k damage) and after the nerf (capped @ 100k damage) ...... Sadly I can't do it myself bcos I don't have Hela.

    I think there are a very select few who have Hela and they had posted videos online of her synergies and affected gameplay. The vast majority of us wouldn't be able to see this because we don't have access to her until after the arenas.

    Hi @Dexman, you are definitely right that only a very select few who have Hela. Hope they get the chance to make the best use out of his SP2 in Act5 and LOL before the nerf. :)

    Btw, did you mean those videos of how he can obtained >237k damage in LOL? If so yes there are at least 2 of those in this forum posted, and few more out there (probably from the same source).

    Likely will take awhile for us to see a side-by-side comparison of Loki's synergized SP2 (with curse in place) before the nerf (>237k damage) and after the nerf (capped @ 100k damage) .... or at very least what @AceDeMoN is asking that's demostrating the NERFED part

    His damage from SP2 is still *only* 7% of max health, which means you'll still need to do 12-14 SP2's per fight to get through ROL with Loki. Depending on how fast you can build up to his SP2, you're still easily at 100+ hits per fight.

    @Dexman1349, yes u r right, i'm sure no one is expecting Loki to one-shot kill in LOL (maybe except for hackers/modders/cheaters), but I believe he is certainly one of the few that can complete the round with 100+ hits, which SL at max capacity perhaps requires 200+ hits, and other champs may even take longer than them. It is a shame Loki only briefly take the crown of most powerful SP2 champ for a brief moment bcos loosing it and before mass majority get a chance to at least make the best use out of him (this is assuming anyone would even consider investing resources to rank him up)

    He wasn't bad before. Definitely not top-tier, but a serviceable above-average champ that's fun to play. I have him at R3 for arena grinding mostly.

    Hela & Loki + synergy with Thor Ragnarok will auto fill Loki's power bar to 2. Top it u with maxed MD, building power would be quick and easy.

    That's true, technically speaking none of the champs from Mystic class is junk character, it is just that in many cases Mystic class has many outstanding champs making Loki (minus the OP SP2) looks pale in comparison. Loki, in many cases, is a better champ when compared to many other meh-tier champs from other classes, especially Science, Tech and Cosmic.

    Back to OP's original topic - IF any good soul came across any videos demostrating or testing the NERFED SP2 of Loki, pls kindly share with us, thanks :)

    Loki may be one of the weaker mystics but who doesn't love buff stealing OML, Groot, iron jerks at arc overload and act4 venom just for the hell of it.
