    It seems to make you lag in harder fights when it activates

    It's definitely a good mastery to have points on for AW defense, especially if you place boss and mini boss nodes. At that point in the map, your champs are hopefully fighting opponents with some depleted health. That assassin boost comes in quite handy. It's also great for attackers in any phase of the game.

    Don't know if it's worth maxing out, but it's definitely worth putting 2 or 3 points on.

    I find other than lol the the opposition just doesn't have the health to warrant it. By the time it kicks in one sp2 they are dead anyway. It is a handy mastery but not game changing anywhere except lol.
