Incursion Cooldown Timer Bug

I don’t have a timer on my champions on cooldown in incursions and I think it’s been at least a week since I used them last so they should be available to me by now. I believe they’re bugged.

    I'm having the same issue. There is no refresh timer or refresh cost. I have champs that are locked that should be available now. I put in a ticket so they should be aware of the issue.
