Who should I rank 4?

Hi I was wondering which 5 star I should rank 4 or I should just save my resources for other 5 stars ( I also have 8,775 5 star shards so close to another one) : My options are The Hood, Thing, Sabretooth and Dragon Man. I have the resources to r4 two 5 stars.
