Not receiving compensation rewards.

in Bugs and Known Issues
Me and many members of my alliance never got the compensation that were given out. The part that surprised me was one of the compensation gifts was for iOS devices. The alliance member that received it was on an android and all the members that are on iOS never got it. We also never got the aw compensation except a bare few.
I came here to ask about and see if that's a known issue or did we do something wrong.

    Just confused then because the date the mail was sent out was yesterday and the day before. My guess is his account might be bugged or smth.

    I got compensation with glory in my alt. Maybe on my main but haven't checked
