Inaccurate recommended team rating

I'm returning to MCOC after being away for a long time and there's still something I don't understand. Why do some quests show a recommended team rating that is _FAR_ below what's actually in the quest. The Savage Land side quests, epic, shows a team rating of 14000, I have a 17000 team rating, but when I get in there, there's awoken 6 star characters which are far beyond anything I can handle. The recommended team rating for this should be 30000, 40000 or higher. What's going on with this? Is there something I'm not understanding? Thanks. :)

I think there was limited entries side quest and Summoners entered into those quest where their champs and skill could not handle.
--> feedback was there should be recommended ratings

Now, there are quest with restrictions based on progression and Summoners are asking why they can't join when they have a team meeting recommended ratings.

When I challenged RoL, my team rating were

I've seen that 99999999 rating too and my first thought was, that's ludicrous, that's not even possible. So again, why have the rating if its wildly inaccurate?

I 100% the epic side quest with a 17000 team its easy enough you just need a little bit of skill.

17000=3400 on average which is enough for epic side quest

The point is why keep the recommended team rating when it's of no use

Team rating depends on the skill of the person. The same thing will happen when they will introduce champion rating. There will be like thousands of threads arguing about the rating and that will be right cause everyone finds different champions useful in a different way. There is no need and there shouldn't be any official champion rating sort of thing imo

I've never understood why people even look at recommended team rating. I've also never understood why Kabam has the recommended rating or hasn't removed it by now.

I think the recommended team rating for Abyss/LoL/RoL is supposed to be a small in-game joke. Like a small bit of humor.
