  Best Questing Team Ever: Blade, Spark, GR, AA, Iceman
  
  Pretty much has a solution for every problem. Could sub in Dorm for Iceman if you want, adds a bit more power control (but at the cost of giving up some anti-evade skills).

  If we are talking strictly synergies, most of the newer custom synergies blow any of the old synergies out of the water, but not everyone has a Blade/Spark/etc to take advantage of them.
  
  So, failing having those guys, you can build a solid perfect block team with 5 older champs:
  
  X-23
  Agent Venom
  Red Hulk
  Starlord
  Drax
  
  All of them have synergies with each other, and almost all of them are perfect block, getting you up to something like +35% perfect block, which helps with not only reducing damage taken, but also makes your parry stuns last 35% longer.
  
  Decent DPS with X-23, Drax and Starlord. RH can take care of any poison. AV mitigates against evaders a bit.
  
  Biggest weakness is there is no real power control.

  I use cable apoc ibom kg and bwcv for questing. Cable apoc synergy and ibom KG synergy both awesome
