Am I wrong or is CAV Romance Bundle 3 a good deal?

I mean, it has a few items but a 20% T5CC selector for 850u.... Am I missing something or is that a fair deal (for someone really trying to R3 their first 6 star).

Or they could take their time and use xp boosts and explore act 4 and 5. I was already lvl 60 before I even started act 6
