I could have sworn it was Knull at first but that would be a bit mad. Although that is the title of the movie.

    The colour scheme and the symbiote-like shadow things made me think of Knull but it wouldn’t really make sense for this movie.

    It could actually be a photoshop. The skin tone of the face doesn't match with rest of the body and yet it seems more likely for it to be knull or any other very important character.

    Watch What if (episode 4), if im not mistaken, when doctor strange starts absorbing beings for more power he can basically transform into those monsters he has absorbed. This might be a similar thing.

    if you open those screen caps in a separate tab at max biggy size, you can clearly see that's not a red venom-esque spider on his chest. It's almost certainly Zombie Strange.
