MTN shoppers rewards not awarding

Has anybody else had an issue where you completed the first milestone in the MTN shoppers rewards program but it didn't give you the selection that you chose for me it was either 1000 4* shards or 2 ultimate crystals.. I chose the crystals and I did not receive them.

    Yes. I did not receive the 2 ultimate crystals

    Hey there, the team found and fixed the root cause of the issue and is working on getting the corrected reward sent out to everyone who tried to claim it before the fix was implemented.

    so are we getting a compensation and if we are what will be in it I stll.haven't received my crystals
