I don't think I've ever seen a company as bad at keeping their own game running properly. I'll admit I know nothing about coding but it seems like every month it's the same thing. How does this stuff keep happening?

How long has it been since the last time the game was down for an E.M?
Ok! The game is down but what happens technically when game goes down.can anyone say?🤔
We're blocked from the servers that host the game. We're client side so a door has been shut down due to some error. When it happens at where I work, it's usually been a piece of software called a communications manager that flows data from one of our apps to another that makes them both work. When the comm manager fails, the app that pulls the data from the other one cant function. Same concept I believe here. Our game can't talk to the servers.
Nothing really happens, they aren't patching the game or anything, it's just an error coming from the software used to run the servers.
