Apoc bug?

So I was playing apoc against an agent venom, and agent venom started shrugging off my parrys and debuffs. The nodes don’t mention anything about purify ability accuracy. Is this a bug, and if it isn’t, can someone explain this to me?

    does the opponent have a node that increase his ability accuracy like "enhanced abilities"? Because this could be a reason ^_^

    He has 70% purify chance. Apoc has 100% purify ability accuracy reduction.

    That’s not how this works. Ability accuracy and chance are not the same thing

    Agent venom has a base 100% ability accuracy and with that node he has 120% ability accuracy and against apoc he’ll have 20% ability accuracy
    Which means he has a 70% × 0.2 = 14% chance to purify debuffs.
