    I don’t think the “value buff” qualifier really means much anymore. Mr. Fantastic, Mole Man, Terrax, Angela, and many others were listed as value only buffs and they became phenomenal champs to have on your roster.

    I’m hopeful for him. But like… not too hopeful because I’ve been burned before.

    Next week? Don't the buffs usually go live before the update? Like if April 1st is Monday and the update is Wednesday, the buff usually goes live Monday.
