So far I only know it works against:
- Biohazard
- Thorns
- Safe Guard
- Flux Dispersal
- Backblast
- Thermostat
- Defence Tactics (Protect)
- Mix Master
- Unblockable Finale
- Hazard Shift
- Freezer Burn
- Psychic Thorns
- Tunnel Vision
- Spiked Armour
- Mesmerize

Doesn't work against:
- Stunning Reflection
- Rage

Would appreciate it if everyone can contribute and keep this thread alive for all Falcon players.
