Cellular or Wi-Fi: both
Game version: 34.0.0
Game mode: crystal menu
Description: all my crystal shards are missing from the new events.My shards from both new events show I have them in the milestones but nowhere to be found on the shard menu. Please help this is a glitch for me and not fair because others have it.

    Is anyone else having issues accessing the Women of Power Shards? Already hit milestones and the crystal isn’t appearing in the Shard or Special crystal sections

    This is a known issue that we've experienced a couple of times now and are working on. The Crystal shards are still there, just not visible. You should be able to see them again in the coming days, but we apologize for that delay and inconvenience.

    Yes having this problem too. Crystals to be claimed and blank white squares and nothing in specials to open.
