Crystals opening

I did a slow motion video opening a crystal and i landed on Morningstar but it gave me Iron patriot! So you guys are not really giving us a fair chance at picking who we want. Your giving is preloaded crystals. Now my assumption is believable now. That’s why I’m not getting 6* anymore from the cav crystals. Only 3-4*’s. This is wrong

Hey @Deder80, we've already provided clarification on this many times before. The Crystal Spin animation is solely for entertainment purposes, it is not always a true reflection of the available Prizes, what you could or what you will receive. It's entirely possible for the Crystal opening animation to show a completely different Champion that what you have actually been awarded. If you wish to avoid any confusion like this in the future, I recommend using the "Open Crystal" feature instead.
