Already opened a ticket on this. Just curious if anyone else is seeing it.
Something stupid is happening with Captain America (Infinity War) in this quest. This is the one with the Sidestep Strike node, where "If the Attacker is Science or has TAGtical Edge, they gain an Evade Charge whenever they knock the Defender down, which grants a 100% chance to Evade Basic attacks, unaffected by Ability Accuracy. Whenever a Basic attack is Evaded, the Defender is Passively Stunned for 0.90 seconds.
However, when the opponent's attack is Glanced against my CAIW, the evade is triggered, yet the opponent doesn't get stunned. The in-game description says "Glancing hits cannot be Critical, deal 50% reduced damage, and suffer -100% Offensive Ability Accuracy." But in this situation, it seems as if CAIW is the one whose ability accuracy to stun the opponent is affected. It doesn't make sense.
It's on the 1:02 mark of the video below. https://youtu.be/I5d1K8OzBwE
Can anyone explain how this works? Thank you.
