  Still no charge after one week of waiting texting kabam sending everything I was asked it’s unreal the costumer service I spend a ton of money and time over the years and in return I get this issue got killed out of the aliance after spending so many items thanks kabam team for doing such a amazing job by not doing anything legend’s

  The ID’s having two almost identical names except a space character, do you use an alt account? Are you an iOS user? Logging in with Game Center? Tried in that case to login using an kabam login instead for the LVL 60 account?

  Yes iOS user end the game start from level 1 when I loding in my account

  You need to contact support if you don’t have 2 different accounts and only have one email registered in use. In my opinion you have registered your email a second time and somehow overwrite the account you are missing or still have 2 different email addresses in use.

  Tanks kabam for helping my to take beak my game just joking no answer when i spend all that many I was good .this for everyone don’t spend money for this game company Scam you after reaching big level level they will reset the game to spend more money
