What kind of Abyss planning do you do?

I recently pulled Kitty and Knull so I'm taking another look at the Carina's Abyss challenges. I have never gone into the Abyss (except once on a Beta test for kicks) so I'm looking to combine Carina's Vol. 2 with my exploration runs. I know this will take a good bit of planning, so I'd like to see what works best for everyone. I have seen plenty of Youtube videos that were helpful, but I like compiling information and spreadsheets, so take that as you will. If anyone wants to share a spreadsheet that they used here, that would be awesome, or just general AOL advice.

If anyone is in the exact predicament that I am and is planning to combine Carina Vol. 2 with exploration, then hopefully this will help.
