When trying to log into my secondary account with email/password, as soon as I hit login, the connection problem icon appears. I can log in no problem through Google play, but that is my main account, not the secondary. Everything on my phone is up to date, and hard restarting the game and phone do not work.

    I had the same issue. I believe it’s the Game Center sync logic.

    On iPhone, I had to

    Log out of Game Center via iPhone settings.

    The game should log out.

    Log back in but do not login to Game Center. There should be an x or cancel on the screen somewhere

    Log back in.
