Professor X will bypass miss on champs except techs per his description. He cannot hit Guilly 2099 during her cloak phase but can always hit ghost no matter what.
Can someone explain? Only thing I can think of is the word “techs” means robots instead of tech class. But that word choice is poor if that is the case.
