Support Ticket Delayed Responses

I was hoping a moderator come chime in and help or explain why after submitting a support ticket to Kabam, I get a request to verify account ownership and I responded immediately. Now, it's been over 5 days with 5 follow up e-mails and zero response to my issue. I would hope we could at least get some response back saying "we're working on the issue", but the utter cold silence has really tested my patience. Anyone else currently having this issue?

    Yours isn't the only ticket they're dealing with. Plus they have to do research into what you're asking. The first email you get is just a generic response to collect the info.

    I realize that, but after going 1 week with zero response, I just believe the communication could be much better.
