Black Screen Superior Kang

Hey everyone, i was casually doing the last path for 7.4.6 Kang chapter and I've encountered a concerning bug. I was using Torch while fighting Kang and everything was going smooth, but when I made him go to his second phase the screen just turned black. At first I thought it was my internet, exited the game went back in and half my health was missing. I know that's intended so I go back in again, get Kang to his second phase and boom, black screen again. Please take a look at this cus it's preventing me from completing exploration

    I just got the same black screen today when going to phase 4. Tried killing the game twice, and restarting the phone, nothing works.
    Not sure what to do.
    Phone: OnePlus 8
    Android Oxygen OS.

    It’s happened 3 times with me. All times it was with human torch. The worse was going from phase 2 to 3 and when I restarted I was back at the beginning in phase 1. Livid. I’m raising a ticket with Kabam. Please make sure you do so they fix it for others.
