Another Cavalier Monthly Event Quest Thread

I'm guessing whoever reads this, if anyone, is already p@$%&! off right now but I don't think that I'm alone in thinking this. This phoenix boss in Cav MEQ is just BS. She basically has nick fury double life every fight, effectively doubling her HP. She has Falter and power drain on parry. She also has buffed up which makes the fight basically unplayable. WTF is this fight. WHO DO I EVEN BRING??? That's not to mention the fact that all the local nodes for this month's mutant quest are all specifically chosen to make Prof X, and Apoc to an extent, useless. It feels like a quest for 2021 and 2022 champs only and Its really annoying any suggestions.

    Try to corner that phoenix so that she cannot dash back. Dex her sps and everything on the right corner. Whenever she dashes back, she gives you falter for 2 seconds.

    Sounds like you don't use anyone but those champs, time to go through your roster and pick someone else to learn. But anyway, pick someone that has a lot of debuffs, or just wait till she has 3 furies and then attack. Just bait specials and you'll do fine I'm sure.

    I've been using Colossus, Mags, Domino, Gambit, and Bishop with not much success either. Hell, I brought in a full colossus team and I still got f&#$ed.

    I soloed her every time with Apoc, sounds like you need to read the nodes and her abilities to stop her from regening to max.

    I've done the fight with apoc, prof x and stryfe. It's doable with all of them

    Very very easy fight just take time to understand the node and not just go in.

    Apoc has crushed it everytime easily

    Just put her in the corner then parry her ass and few combos she done
    I had Prof X ramped up so apoc took her down in one sp1 and one sp2
