Bleed has no effect in 6.2.1

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was fighting main quest 6.2.1, and I took the path of Ms. Marvel. Bleed doesn't take effect all through my fight. Nick fury can not make any bleed damage, Magneto sp3 has no bleed damage.

I restarted the game and took another path, but still have the same problem.

It seems only happen in 6.2.1. I tested on 6.2.2 and 6.1.6, and side quest, all work properly. I asked my friend to test 6.2.1 on a different device and different account, got the same result.

    That entire quest has lifecycle. Damage over time debuffs deal no damage on that node, its not a bug, its just a node.

    Just to make it clear, the bleed sign appears normally, but not making damage, no red numbers appears on enemy, and HP doesn't decrease with time.
