My doubloons dont appear

I claim the 30.000 from the inbox and after exchange the 30.000 gold for doublons and im still with 0, I dont boy any oferece yet

    I don't think there is an option to get doubloons for gold. If you're talking about the last option in the store, you read it backwards. That is to spend doubloons to get gold.
