Realm Adjustment Bundle not showing up in inbox


I received a link from news@marvelcontestofchampions.kabam.com sent to my email for a realm adjustment bundle, but when I click on the link, the bundle doesn’t show up in my inbox. Is there a reason for this issue?

    MROC adjustment packages were sent out a while ago.
    If this is the first time since then that you have re-entered the MCOC game, could be that the in-game MailMsg has since expired from your Game's inbox.

    You could check your Stash - Rewards pane and see if the items are still claimable from there.

    Else, did you maybe have multiple game accounts, and the real world email you received corresponds to a differently linked MCOC game account ?

    You could check your Stash - Rewards pane and see if the items are still claimable from there.

    No I just got the email with the link today. I’ve been logging in every week this year though.

    No I just got the email with the link today. I’ve been logging in every week this year though.
    You would have had to link your MROC account to your MCOC account. We got the packages back in Feb.

    Not sure but i never got an email, the card showed up in my in-game message box.
