Thoughts: Scarcity of T1 Alphas from non-store sources must be addressed urgently and swiftly?

Dear Kabam Team / MCOC Community,
I understand if the following resources are to be kept rare and gain minimal increase in the hastiness of their acquisition:
1. T4 Basic Catalyst
2. T4 Class Catalyst
3. T2 Alpha
4. 4* / 5* Awakening Gems
And those beyond.
But please, T1 Alphas should already become a lot more attainable in non-store content.
I would like to propose the following way to address this scarcity:
1. Include one fully formed T1 Alpha or shards as reward in AQ Weekly Reward based on alliance rank.
2. Run the T1 Alpha Arena 2x/week.
3. Include T1 Alpha shards in 22-Hour Event Quests either Milestone or Rank Rewards.
4. Include T1 Alpha shards in SA completion (based on Alliance Tier and Ranking). Remove the healing potion, revive potion / gold rewards.
5. For those L60, remove all XP Boosts and increase chance to receive T1 Alpha (fully formed) from Greater Solo Crystal
6. For those L60, remove all XP Boosts and increase chance to receive T1 Alpha (shards) from Lesser Solo Crystal
7. Make T1 Alpha fragments be purchasable with UNITS from the Crystals tab in the Crystals Selection
If anyone else would have any recommendation please include your ideas here.

That’s 21 a month or 5 a week with the option to get more from glory, special events and unit offers. I wouldn’t say that’s scarce, just something you need to manage and plan around.
Would I like to rank champions at will? Yes, but that is not how the game is played and doesn’t fit modern games retention models.
So, it would be nice to have other means to get it.
Don't worry, I'm sure they'll have a deal for $27.99 for one t1a and a level 1 health potion, to compensate, shortly.

I have commented on this topic several times hoping for an acknowledgement, but no word... then the T1A arena pops up today and for the first time ever, I am doing it... and then it struck me... this is what Kabam wants... it wants more people to grind for yet another resource. Before the shortage, no one bothered to do the T1A arena.
Ok, I get it, but even if so, we do feel like you, Kabam, pulled a rug out from under us by doing this on the sly. It was just removed from milestones and we didn't even realize it would hurt us so much until much later. Kabam should have been upfront and told us, "we will be removing T1A from the milestones, which means it is now a far more scarce and valuable resource, please plan accordingly". But no, like the frog in the pot, we sat around and now the water is hot and we don't like it.
I get that this game is about resource management, but we would have appreciated more transparency. You changed a resource that was in abundance to painfully scarce overnight and that's just NOT okay. Maybe they were too plentiful before, but the solution is to cut it down a little, not just cut it down to next to nothing, and then not warn us about it. That's just disingenuous.
Add to that the announcement that you are introducing 6 stars, so shards and resources for 5 stars will be MORE AVAILABLE you said... well, you know that ranking a 5 star to any rank requires 5-6 T1A as opposed to 0-2 for 4 stars? If so, why is this resource more scarce instead of more plentiful as you promised us that it would be?
They (Kabam) is probably planning on making T1 Alphas as hard to get as T2 Alphas very soon. Then they can charge $100 for 1 T1 Alpha and $500 for 1 T2 Alpha. There are clearly economists with PhDs in the Kabam corporate executive team. I'm so happy for them.
Well, the bottleneck is at the top. It's not hard to get enough T1A's to rank 4*'s, but it is more difficult to get enough to rank 5*'s. Even then, as Coathanger said, they aren't as scarce as they are made out to be. People just don't want to spend their game time doing the things necessary to get them.
As for a solution, I would suggest Kabam replace the T3 basics in the Sunday Daily Special with a couple of T1A's.
