Are any other alliances having trouble recuirting

Hi all,
I just wanted to gain some perspective how other alliances are doing, with recuirtment after war season. Given the vast changes to the game over the last 2 months, which has resulted in 10players going into inhibition for my alliance. I am finding it tough to recuirt high level p4 players, anyone finding this

As someone who has been leader of an alliance for nearly 5 years, recruiting in my opinion is one of the hands down worst parts about being in alliance leadership. There are next to no tools on the alliance and player side to help folks find who and what they want, which is super frustrating. I would love some sort of search function where you can set parameters of what you're looking for to find people or an alliance.

The last couple years frankly I've found it increasingly difficult to find new members. And for a long while (until recently) we just started unlocking the alliance in the offseason and screening whoever showed up. Easier to find bodies, but quality control becomes more cumbersome for sure.

All that said, recruiting frustrations among other things have pushed me to move my alliance into a semi-retirement mode. Frankly i don't want to deal with the hassle anymore.

Absolutely tougher. I recruit on Facebook but end up getting Indian players who aren’t very good. So I stopped looking there. I have some alts so I recruit in multiple globals. Had 7 move on after season due to kabams ignorance with loyalty store and the insane amount it costs to heal a r4 6*. We were able to recruit 8 more luckily. But it’s a lot tougher now as many players have zero confidence in kabams ability to fix the game and also fix the potion economy.

with paragon out and content coming out left and right while bugs are still around many seem to be quitting or going solo to focus on the content.

Same with our alliance
More & more players are getting away from AW
And now that compensation has ended, even we don't know whether we'll be able to continue playing AW like before
We're in T4-5 so the loyalty gain is even less even though loyalty costs are the same as higher tiers

Recruiting has definitely gotten tougher and is extremely draining. I spend increasing amounts of time recruiting, chasing leads and chatting up prospects. It’s exhausting. And AW is increasingly not worth the effort.

I do think Kabam can put together some tools to help with the recruiting though

Lost 6 members after season 33 because the weekly free-resource gravy train is stopping, and these players (somewhat rightfully) don't want to have to overinvest in units just to get through a full season at p4 or p3. Many people seem to be focusing on just AQ or soloing content.

We lost 9 after this season. Definitely tough to find that many replacements. Which sucks as before I stepped down I was in 2 alliances for my first 5 years playing the game.

It’s also difficult to stay in an alliance because AW requires so much time commitment and the season lasts too long. I’m going on vacation for a week and will have to leave my alliance because I don’t want to stress over this game when I’m on vacation and I don’t want to drag my alliance down.

I love the timing of this thread.

We were a full alliance of 30 a few days ago, we kicked 2 due to low participation once the war season ended and another 8 players decided to leave the game! Practically, they used the alliance as a stepping stone during the war season and they have no interest to play until the new one starts. Recruiting one or two players is NOT the hard part. The hardest part is to find self-motivated and loyal players, who actually love the game and they want to constantly grow their account in the long run.

Now, good luck to us trying to find a full BG...

I love how people sometimes only see things in black and white. You can “love the game”,..and feel done with Alliance stuff. AQ and AW are demanding when considering all the other content in the game and real life stuff.
1.AQ is so boring and repetitive,..made even more annoying when people are constantly crying about participation in the mode.
2. Many of us feel we don’t really need the glory as a lot of the resources in the store are available elsewhere in the game.
3. Aw can be demanding as well,..always having to remember to place a defence…and locking in a bunch of your champs when both AQ and AW are running concurrently.

Yes. I’ve noticed more Ally’s recruiting then ever. No one wants to play with the game in its current state. I’ve lost good players and have a hard time getting players especially when platinum ally’s are on the hunt for players more then ever. This is just what I’ve noticed.

I have been in an alliance my entire MCOC career, except for this up coming season. I decided to leave my alliance (P3/Map 7 AQ) in order to finish grinding to become Paragon. I wish being in an alliance actually offered me something towards becoming Paragon but as of right now its just a waste of time.

We have an allience with 6-7 years founding members, we have never actaully had to look for players, some personal events and others being burned out, are leaving spots open, we vary from top prestige very competetive to barely keeping up we fill in those spots, while we found our way to play the game at a certen levels, other players don't want to join unless you are pushing for top spots... so hard to find players when you are mostly made out of friends.

AW (and AW maniacs) is the problem. As a player (allow me to say a very good player) I don't want any responsability for a death caused by creepy bugs and costing my alliance a win, so I stopped doing wars months ago and found my place focusing on just AQ7. More free time, zero responsability, relax!

Too bad, only few alliances understand this and insist in doing AW

Many players requesting Kabam to change the AW format, like shorter season, shorter path, smaller alliance, fight Bot.....I wish they could address these, in, someday.
