Heavy attack input problems

I'm an android user and annoyingly sometimes when I try and us my hvy attack in a fight it dosent work at all for the whole fight.Then after that I go to my next fight and suddenly my hvy attack is in use without me doing it.Dont know if this has happened to anyone but would be great if then someone comment the same thing.So it can get some recognition.
