Omega red without suicides

Hey guys!!
Why r most saying omega red is an average champ without suicides?
I would say its not more than longer fights without suicides and not a big difference tho... maintains his utilities without them and u just need to build for an sp2 at the beginning of the fight. Against biohazard and caltrops or other bleed nodes u wont need to push sp2s so u can just heal from sp1s or sp3s to heal the 10% dmg of bleeds u get without any masteries.
So, i would like to see ur opinions abt omega red without suicides and reasons.

    I never had any issues with him without suicides. Fights obviously take slightly longer and you don’t get healing at the start of the fight, but he was still my second most champ in 100% pre-nerfs Act 6, and I never ever ran him with suicides or synergies

    I find myself confused plenty about the knock against him without suicides. Sure you get a few seconds in the beginning of the death field and the SP boost but he's still a great champ without the masteries imo.

    I want to add that suicides have really awesome benefits..... but recoil is really terrible ( still 60% increased sp dmg is pretty decent) .... 10% health loss on each sp ........

    its only 5% health loss on specials. but play omega right and in most standard fights you probably wont even get a chance to use a special attack.

    put one point in coagulate for omega and you will regen more than you will die with DE/LC/recoil on.

    Not the case for most champs.... i was talking abt it generally not abt only omega red

    Is ok for champs that regen or who dont depend on pushing sp1s and sp2s or those who counter it in special ways like kitty and ghost but its really terrible for some like prof x.
    Also one wouldnt like or maybe its only me to change his playstyle so can be kinda annoying

    Even if he “works” you’d have to bring sabre, and wouldn’t want to rank another champ over him to r5 that doesn’t rely on suicides like AA prof x mags etc

    It is only a 5% loss on specials if you only have one point in recoil. I know that is probably the most common "suicides" setup but not the only one.
