Why is Icarus going unstoppable?

Just wanting to know why he is going unstoppable here. It shouldn’t be because of neurotoxin expiring and stunning him. And I don’t think it’s due to Mighty Charge because he isn’t moving. Why is he gaining a fury and going unstoppable?
