Hello Kabaam,

I wanted to purchases the 6-Star 2020 Nexus Hero Crystal and it wasn’t popping up on my main account. On my newest account the crystal was there. I had about 4 hours left until it ends but couldn’t find it. I also bought the $100 worth of units just to get it. And now…I missed out on it, but it wasn’t my fault. Can someone help me?

    I could be wrong but think that was only a 24-hour offer. If I'm correct on that than for sure the 24 hours has passed.

    I posted this issue today but i put in for a ticket to Kabaam when it happened. Also, there was 4 hours left when i was having the issue.
