Missing choice nodes in Act 6

This morning, in order to push for TB I completed both 6.3.1 and 3.2. I noticed doing these quests no changes. Have nerfs been issued yet or are only specific quests being scaled down?
Both 3.1 and .2 are also missing choice nodes…

    the nerf goes live with next SQ stuff on June 8th (Wednesday).

    Oh kill me now haha. Cost me like 300 revives taking down that Medusa without a sufficient bleeder...

    Bet Kabam is waiting to drop the nerf until they are ready t drop comp to prevent Cavs quickly slipping through to TB
