Where are my revivers?

A few hours ago, I needed revivers in my account and I decided to open the free crystals for every 4 hours that I had saved, they were on average more than 120 crystals. When I finished opening them, the game showed me a total of x3 20% revivers and x38 total 40% revivers. Due to the fact that the game's storage capacity is only 15 resurrectors, I went to check the total I had in the deposit and the game only showed me 4 40% resurrectors. I would like to know exactly what happened here since these materials are very essential when it comes to advancing and improving within the game. I attach evidence.

You won't get 38 lvl2 revives from 120 4-hour crystals, that's a visual bug. Hell if you get 3 you've hit the jackpot there.

It is a visual bug. When opening multiple crystals like the 4 hour crystals, arena crystals and arena boost crystals there has been a bug/glitch/problem with the counter not showing the correct amount.
Logically, you would never pull 38 revives from 120 crystals. Sorry. But the 4 you have in your inventory is the correct amount, and not the number shown on the opening screen.

is a screen error. is limited to 10 crystals.
If there are more than 10 crystals, the information is not correct.

This happens a lot. Here are the steps you need to take to get them back.
1) Go into Act 1 Chapter 1 Quest 1
2) Bring only 2 Star Magik into your team
3) Win the first fight with exactly 78% health
4) Close out the game
5) After exactly 10 minutes since you closed the game, open it again, and you’ll have your revives back
