    I’d go with Warlock, Red Mag would be good to but think he’s still going to do what you need at 4 and you’d get more out of the rank up on Warlock.

    I'd go with Red Magneto followed by Warlock then Red Hulk, Tigra, and then Thing. All will be helpful in clearing content. Tigra will be especially helpful in Act 6. Also don't forget to rank up Symbiote Supreme good champion.

    Magneto Warlock Omega Symbiote Thing....in that order
    If u can learn to effectively use Tigra then her as well, but only after u master her which will take time & a lot of practice
