Let’s start with it needs help. Here are some quick suggestions. Feel free to add or debate.
1.) Shorten the number of days from 5 to 3
It’s too disruptive to MCOC/Real Life balance being 5 days. Plus by day 4 and 5 the staleness of how repetitive it is devours souls
2.) Update potions to reflect the state of the game in 2022
Team potions that barely get my team 20% of their health for 100 to 300 units… what a bargain! We need potions that reflect R3/R4 attacker meta healthpools and we need them at a fair cost. If these prices weren’t obscene people probably don’t consider quitting altogether because of this game mode.
3.) Map crystal rewards need to be revisited. I think maps 7 and 8 are fine but 4-6 map crystal payouts are laughable.
4.) fix AQ AI, this game mode has always had the absolutely most atrocious AI. It’s never been that fun and now it’s worse than ever. I should never time out trying to bait specials for 90 seconds in any game mode. But in AQ it’s not only possible I expect it.
5.) game crashes should have at least one free mulligan in AQ. This isn’t a competitive game mode outside of scoring and deaths and item use don’t count towards that. Stop penalizing the player base for your product not working as expected

2. Shorten the map length so that players can complete AQ in 2 logins....at max 3
3. Make it so that champs being used in AQ Can also be placed as defenders in AW
4. Better potion system, better AI, better & more dynamic fight design.....obvious requirements
5. Improvements to milestone & rank tiers
Currently my alliance does 6*3 & we don't have any incentive to move towards 7*3 bcoz neither we'll touch next milestone, nor we'll get any significant improvement in our rank rewards....that too with much higher difficulty & donation costs
We want to move to Map 7 but the AQ rewards structure & game economy makes us look like fools if we make that decision bcoz the net benefit from doing so will be Negative
Most of us don't do arenas for obvious reasons
Loyalty is already too low compared to what's required for AW
Gold costs for Map 8 will be too much for us
Short the number of days from 5 to 3 should be changed from the 5 to 4. With AQ being 4 days, two day break, and then one day to set up the next cycle means it last for exactly one week. I DETEST that the current cybe is 5 days of aq, two day break and one day to set up the next cycle. I like the idea of it fitting nicely in a week
With that in mind I’d rather see it made more useful or if it’s truly meant to be about single questing team work then scraping it In This current form and maybe having something akin story content that requires alliance play and has reoccurring payouts available might be vastly superior to what we know as alliance quest. I know thats not what you pitched but it’s where my mind went with the concept of scrapping AQ
In either case the current heal to cost ratio is based on rank 5 4 stars champs, it’s grossly outdated and overpriced
Especially regarding reducing the number of days for AQ, 5 is just too many at this point.
