Per the change log, ratings were to be reset to 0, 150 or 300 based on progression. The ratings that are there have been carried over from the last beta and not reset or reduced.

    So mine reset when I played my first match. The top of the leaderboard has players with 2000+ ratings. If they never play a match do they stay there?
