New Monthly Quest

There was information released today about Act 5 Chapter 2. With the new update, is there a new monthly quest scheduled? I assume so with Carnage and the New Punisher on the way, but I haven't seen anything about it. Are they using this update to fix bugs and release 5.2, or is there a new monthly quest on the way?

    monthly quest is coming here Wednesday its on the notes of update that just happened.

    They usually releaae the info one day before the quest.
    So tomorrow we will have news about it
