    Between Tigra and Overseer imo.
    Tigra if you can put in the hours to learn her. Overseer if you want a straightforward champ

    Thank you all for your help. I decided on overseer because I have some good mystics and dont have the time to learn Tigra. I’ll r2 him asap, but materials are low bc I just maxed my 5* she-hulk. Regretting it already lol
