Fight of the Valkyrie is 100% useless for Uncollected

The only thing you get from the Fight of the Valkyrie side quest is Star Ore, which has made the entire side quest 100% useless for players who are Uncollected or below.

I am Uncollected and have bought everything available in the Valkyrie-store with only the Star Ore i've gotten from Subservience main event quest.

I have 25 unused Star Mine Coordinates (the entry fee for Fight of the Valkyrie) and there is no point for me to use them because i can't do anything with the rewards.

Mutant Treasure Island is a great example of an amazing monthly side quest and this month's is a great example of a completely useless piece of trash side quest.

Become cav Bro. Uncollected is dust from the past. The music plays at TB upwards

Uncollected is literally the bottom of the barrel now. The game is separated into Uncollected & Below and Cav & Above so, get cav

Buy everything and if the cats are in overflow, sell them. Same with sig stones.

I have an assortment of accounts. The ones at uncollected I just did the first objectives, grabbed the gold and shards, and never looked at it again. On my main I cleaned out everything.

I'm using those entry tokens for class combat purpose. +15% attack boosts.

I'm not sure I understand the logic here. If you were able to get everything available to you in the store without much effort on your part, how is it useless?

Because i got everything i needed from the main quest. The side quest was completely useless and gave nothing at all in terms of usable rewards and everyone Uncollected or below just wasted their time if they spent a single second doing the side quest.

A side quest isn't always going to be as useful as one needs. That's why some people only do the side quest and not event quest or vice versa. And then there's people that always do both.

Every second an uncollected or below player spends not trying to get cav is time wasted.

As a thronebreaker player, I didn't do the side quest once this month. Tedious. I was able to get basically everything I wanted with just the EQ and login ore. So it worked out for me.

As much as I don't particularly enjoy saying "just push for Cavalier"...

Just push for Cavalier. For the time being, it's far better than staying Uncollected.

Disagree solely because you mentioned mutant treasure island

Wont the star ore get converted to gold end of the event? That's useful - I've grinded an extra 140k of it and still have about 4 cards. That gold conversion will be nice.

    Nope. It doesn’t convert.

its really sad that there wasn't a way to trade excess ore for godbomb crystals (which we got very few of this month) or gold. While I'm glad not to have to do that easy repetitive stuff like 20 extra times... it makes for a bad feeling for what could have been remembered as a great store if done a little smarter.

Not having the pressure to do everything is nice... but should be like the resort... where you get "something" for participating in the "bonus days".

Well ok then - definitely useless once you buy out the store lol
