Looking for Active/Relaxed Alliance

I'm a LVL 21 Player but still new to the game and I'm looking for an alliance which can guide and help me around . For now I have 1 x 4* Hero and the rest are 3* , still trying to progress through the game . I'm also active on a daily basis
