Can Warlock beat Sasquatch Gauntlet?

I'm preparing for Gauntlet run but worried about Sasquatch's regeneration. Usually Warlock can stop it completely but I don't know how will he interact with those nodes. If anyone used Warlock for the fight please give me an advice. Thanks.

    Obviously he’s armor break immune, so that would stick a pin in the obvious SP2 spam damage cycle. Could obviously use SP3s to regen any block damage you could’ve taken. Definitely possibly but it’ll be hard

    My plan is using Hercules until the last 30% then switch to Warlock to stop regeneration.
