Parry on Elektra not working

Parrying Elektra doesn't work. Was exploring 4.2.5 The green colored "Parry" pops up when contact is made. The only node is a global node which is not stun immunity. Parrying works against other champions. This is after the emergency maintenance.

    Elektra reduces your ability by 85% as long as you have a debuff on you. So if you have e.g. a haelblock or bleed debuff on you there is a good chance that your parries will not work

    Not sure how you'd have a heal block on you while fighting Elektra (unless it's a node debuff), but otherwise that is correct. If she hits you with a special and puts bleed or armor break on you, then you will have a very hard time parrying her.

    No debuffs on me at the time. Had power flood as the random buff. She did not land a hit on my champ to give me a debuff.

    Do you have suicides enabled? If so, that's why.
