Galen arena error

I used autoselect to choose champs but when I go in to fight I get an error that the selected champs are not available. The game will not allow me to fight with the selected champs, but it also won't let me choose new champs, so I have essentially been locked out of the arena. I am at 34mill and want to get this fixed so I can still compete for the 5* champ. I am using an i-phone 13 promax.

Anyone else ever see this?

    Did both and no change. Turned off the phone and restarted it. Problem remains.

    I didn’t use them in the Sam arena. They are unavailable, labeled as “in arena”. I don’t believe I had used them in the Galen arena either, until they were auto selected.

    So try using someone else in the affected Galen arena, and see if that resolves the issue. (Manually pick 3 other champs, not the ones that Autopick would end up saying are locked).

    It won’t let me pick new champs for the Galen arena. When I enter the arena it takes me straight to the screen where you arrange your 3 champs for direct 1on1 matchup choices. Can’t reselect champs. Can’t forfeit. Can’t fight.

    Just went into the Sam arena and paid the units to recharge all 3 champs. Went back into the Galen arena but still shows as stuck. This is ridiculous! Sent a ticket but no response.

    At the screen above (I assume hitting “Accept” is where it gives the error ?)

    Try hitting “BACK” button (upper left), or basically get back to where it shows all 2 or 3 arenas.
    From there see if you can hit the “EXIT DOOR” icon in the corner of the Galen Arena pane.

    That will forfeit your Streak, so you will at least be able to proceed from Streak=0 again.
    Current Points will not be affected (other than multiplier for first several matches as you start streak over).

    Well, that let me abandon the streak and reselect champs. I manually chose my 3 weakest 4*s and it gave ma a murder opponent (already at 0 streak, but whatever) but then back to the same error. I think I’m just screwed.

    You need to exit(use the door) multiple times to recover the arena.

    I have used the exit icon until it no longer appears. When I go back to arena and choose champs I get hit with the same error message again.

    Just tried again and I am back in. It’s been 6hrs since I got the error so all I can think of is it had to wait through the 5* refresh time. Now I have to start all over again and having lost 6hrs.

    Update: it wasn’t the timeout. Kabam addressed my ticket and manually unstuck the champs.

    At least you have it working now.

    Whether Kabam unstuck it. Or as Coathangr mentioned, not just pressing the Exit Door twice in a row. But Exit sequence once, go back in to arena trying another match, then do a 2nd sequence of Exit Door.

    Might have taken a couple cycles thru the Exit door reset in order for it to be totally reset.
    Which is why you maybe got a follow up death match when theoretically back at streak=0 the first time. That seems to show something internally was not fully back at streak=0, until maybe you tried doing that a second time.
