My game crashes every 5 mins or shows network connection error on my android

I'm using Android OS, on my old Samsung Note 4. Not the greatest performance, but the old note is still holding up. During combat, I encounter freezes here and there, but sometimes I suspect it could be due to alliance mates clicking on "HELP 4". Loading in between Arena series definitely is taking very long and very annoying. Overall performance is not doing great, but I think it may still be able to hang on for a little longer, until I change to the new Note in 6-12 month's time
Hope you tried various tricks, including killing all background apps, disabling virus scan when u r playing the game, turn off unwanted connections like BT/etc, clear cache, etc .... if still not working, perhaps it is time to change a new device?
Not entirely true. I've crashed about once a day.
Yeah well mine is not an high end one but my friend has a samsung s8 even he faces the same issue daily ..ive contacted kabam customer care n they reply saying its a technical glitch which will require a patch on the update which follows till then i have to bear with them
