I redeemed my marvel insider points for the 3* galan and I still don't have him and it's past the day I was supposed to get it.
I've been waiting a long time so I'm kinda annoyed kabam I hope you see this and do something.

9/23 not 8/23. Insider bundles are never sent out during the during the same month, it’s always some time after the paired monthly event has concluded.
